For landlords and property owners
Lease Your Home to a Ministry That Cares for It
A reliable, faith-based tenant. Written lease, on-time rent, and a house kept up like it’s our own.
Lifestyles Transitional Homes LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of THE Hebrew Embassy Ministries Incorporated. We lease homes for ministry use, including Bible teaching, praise and worship, and residential discipleship. Lifestyles Transitional Homes LLC signs the lease and handles the upkeep and maintenance of every house, and each home is used only for the work of the ministry.

The arrangement
The first question a landlord asks is not about paperwork. It is will the money come in, on time, every month — so that is the first thing answered here.
We lease your home under a written agreement and pay the rent on a fixed date each month for the length of the term. The payment does not pause because one household has moved on and the next has not arrived yet. That stretch of empty weeks is ours to carry, not yours.
The upkeep protects that payment. We repair, we maintain, we check: the house stays worth what it is today, the lease keeps running, and neither side is left arguing about the state of the property at the end of it.
One payment a month, on the date written into the lease.
What this actually is
Not a business renting a house.
A ministry using a home.
A ministry leases the home to carry out its work in it: Bible teaching, praise and worship, and residential discipleship for people working through a transition. It is not an office and it is not a business address.
The lease is a community service, not a commercial lease. A ministry takes on the home to carry out its work in it — Bible teaching, praise and worship, and residential discipleship — and it teams with an LLC that does the professional work: the lease, the upkeep, the tradespeople, the day to day.
And it is long-term. This is a commitment to the people in the program and to the house they are living in, not a short arrangement that ends when the season does.
Cared for, start to finish
- All routine maintenance is ours.
- Any damage caused by a participant is repaired at our cost, if any.
- You are never left holding a repair.
- The house is returned in the condition it was received.
The property never changes hands. You remain the owner throughout.

What keeps the payment coming
The upkeep is the reason it holds.
A lease is only worth the house behind it. Keeping the property in good repair is not a courtesy on top of the arrangement — it is what makes the arrangement last.
A repair is a job, not a decision for you
Something breaks, and it is reported to us rather than to you. We hold the tradespeople, arrange the visit, and pay for the parts and the labour. The house is put right, and the payment you were promised is not quietly spent instead.
Checked, so nothing is discovered late
The property is looked over regularly and the findings are written down. A loose gutter or a dripping tap is found while it is still small, which is the difference between a hundred dollars and a claim.
Lived in, and kept as a home
No signage, no office, no conversion. The people living there are answerable to a house manager for how the home is kept, and the house is left in the condition it was received in.
How it works
Four steps, and the third one is in writing.
01
You tell us about the house
Where it is, how many bedrooms, what condition it is in, and when you would like it leased. A phone call or a short message is enough to start.
02
We look at it together
We walk the property with you, talk through what it needs, and answer whatever your insurer, your lender or your family wants to ask.
03
The terms go in writing
The lease amount, the payment date, the term and who is responsible for what are all set down before anything begins. Nothing is agreed verbally.
04
The payment starts
The lease begins and the first payment arrives on the agreed date. Repairs, upkeep and the day to day running of the home become ours from that day.
Who does what
Two lists. Nothing in the middle.
The arrangement only works if it is clear at the start. THE Hebrew Embassy Ministries Incorporated runs the program, and Lifestyles Transitional Homes LLC — its wholly owned subsidiary — signs the lease, pays the rent, and does the professional work. This is the whole division, and it goes into the lease in the same words.
We take on
- The monthly lease payment, on the agreed date
- All routine maintenance, tradespeople and parts
- Any damage caused by a program participant, if any
- The utility bills that come with the house
- Lawn, gutters, seasonal upkeep
- Day to day running through a house manager
- Regular checks on the condition of the property
- Anything a neighbor needs to raise
Stays with you
- The title of the property, always
- Insurance and your lender
- Major structural decisions
- Any alteration to the house
- Your right to sell or refinance
- The choice of who holds the lease
The property never changes hands. You remain the owner throughout, and the lease never takes that from you.

A house is not a unit. It is somebody’s home, and it is somebody else’s property. Both of those get respected, or the arrangement does not last.
Straight answers
The questions landlords actually ask.
Not the ones that make a brochure look thorough. The ones that decide whether a landlord signs.
Will the rent actually be paid?
Yes. Rent paid on time is the commitment, and it is the reason this arrangement exists. The amount and the date are set out in writing before anything starts, and the payment is made every month on that date under a lease signed by Lifestyles Transitional Homes LLC.
What happens when the house is between households?
The lease keeps running and the payment keeps arriving on the agreed date. The gap between one household leaving and the next arriving is ours to cover, and it is not passed on to you as a missed month.
Who fixes things when they break?
We do. Routine repairs, tradespeople, parts and the bills that come with them are ours. You do not arrange a plumber, chase an invoice, or hear about a leaking tap from a neighbor.
Offer your property.
A short message is enough to start. Where the property is, roughly what condition it is in, and when you would like it leased. We will reply and arrange to see it.
